BEFORE EVER HITTING A TENNIS BALL IN COLLEGE, A PLAYER MUST FIRST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WAY SHE FUELS AND TREATS HER BODY. GATHERING INFORMATION IS THE FIRST STEP; APPLYING IT IS THE MORE DIFFICULT AND CRUCIAL STEP. OUR STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM FOCUSES DAILY ON PREHABILITATION EXERCISES, PROTECTING THE MAJOR JOINTS AND MUSCLES USED IN TENNIS, QUICKNESS AND EXPLOSIVE DRILLS AND STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE EXERCISES. LASTLY, IT IS IMPORTANT TO RECOVER THROUGH STRETCHING AND REHABILITATION EXERCISES AND TREATMENT.
