GKF Capsylon 1505 capsule filler handles
delicate, sticky, abrasive, and fibrous
nutraceutical fills, including powders (e.g.,
echinacea, ginseng, folic acid), pellets (vit-
amin C, iron supplements), and granules
(cinnamon bark, camellia sinensis). Segment-
alignment/closing station immediately fol-
lows filling/dosing station to minimize
product loss from overfilled capsules.
Unseparated capsules are automatically
rejected and extracted before reaching
ejection station. Unit fills as many as
92,000 capsules per hour. Changeover
and maintenance are fast and easy. Oper-
ator training takes 1 to 2 days. Company
supplies capsule fillers and checkweighers
for use in labs and on production floor.
