A couple that enjoys entertaining
wanted their 52-square-foot guest
bath to double as a powder room with
high style. In addition, they requested
that the space incorporate art prints
depicting water and ocean scenes.
Designer Tanya L. Wood set the
tone with 12" x 36" flat white wave
tiles that mimic water and used a gray
marble to provide a good foundation.
A deeply grooved, carved walnut
veneer cabinet is reminiscent of
driftwood.
To complete the water theme,
Woods employed a system that
bathes the space in bright white and
cobalt lighting. The pendant flickers,
glows, and strobes in different colors.
A print of a Scottish terrier running
down a beach reflects the clients'
