HRO Today Forum Europe to create crowdsourced, user-generated profiles of culture and job fit that allow candidates and companies to compare their needs to the reality of the role. Respondents create their Suited profile by completing a short, 45-question assessment. There are three scores: overall fit (a combination of culture and job fit), job fit, and culture fit. The fit scores are all calculated by tabulating the differences between the scores on the current job and dream job ratings. The Buzz: This free service was developed by organisational psychologist Dr. Daniel Crosby, president of IncBlot, who was recently named to Monster.com's 12 Thought Leaders for 2012. Who: Zapoint, Inc. What: SkillsMapper creates a dynamic company network where employees are engaged in the talent management process with social networking, media, tagging, graphical career planning, and analysis tools. SkillsMapper's Talent Profiles helps organisations build a skills database for the entire company, giving HR the opportunity to objectively analyse the actual skills contained within the organisation. Skill sets comparisons can compared, assessed, and analysed at all levels. Employers can quickly tap into the collective skills and knowledge of the organisation to identify gaps, target learning, and guide more effective staffing requirements. SkillsMapper also provides a secure platform for employees to communicate, collaborate, and connect based on their skills, career goals, and areas of expertise. The Buzz: Zapoint has grown exponentially in six short years with DirectTV, Hult International Business School, and Sovereign Bank on its roster of clients. It also acquired Jobster in 2010 to bolster its talent network. Who: RChilli Inc. What: RChilli parses resumes and converts them into standard HR XML with more than 71 fields. Field types include resume (55 total: contact, experience, education, references etc.); resume analysis (eight total: data points which save time through analysis); and social recruit (eight total: information from social networks). The Buzz: Clients have called RChilli's product "a must-buy" and "best-in-class" that has "surpassed expectations." Who: GooodJob What: GooodJob's Employee Referral Platform boosts employee referrals by harnessing the power of social recruiting. Employees use GooodJob's sophisticated social media tools to easily and quickly share job openings with their vast Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter networks. New jobs are automatically posted on employees' status updates at a frequency that they set. Candidates click on the posting to find out more and apply; the applicant source is always tracked back to the referring employee.
