OUTDOOR KITCHEN
This second floor outdoor kitchen and living
space overlooks the home's inner courtyard,
pool and spa with views to the infamous Las
Vegas strip's "Sea of Lights". Reached from the
master suite through an expansive glass wall
system and catwalk or by stairs from the lower
courtyard this space is an entertainer's dream.
The wish list included: a complete outdoor
kitchen cooking experience; cabinetry storage
for utensils, dishes and cooking supplies that
would not be affected by outdoor dust and
moisture; comfortable island seating, separate
from the preparation areas, allowing casual
interaction with family and friends; insect and
solar control; a seated dining space and
comfortable media area; and special
entertaining options for guest chefs.
Design solutions included: a large capacity
grill with double side burners on either side for
additional meal preparation; dual refrigeration
for food and drink storage; a dedicated wine
cooler zoned for red and white wine storage
and keg and tap beer dispenser; two trough
undermount sinks and clear ice maker to quick
chill beverages for large events; and a
dishwasher, UL listed for outdoor use, to make
clean-up quick and easy.
