Conical rotor pro cessor
Granurex conical rotor one-pot processor granulates, dries, coats, and layers phar-
maceutical products to produce high-density, uniform spherical particles 100 to
1,000 microns in diameter. Unit achieves product yields of 95 to 99 percent and
API content up to 90 percent. Processor can separate incompatible APIs by apply-
ing a barrier film coating between a spherically agglomerated active core and a
second powder-coated API layer, creating a multi-layered multi-particulate bead
product. Unit features uniform slit air distribution that prevents granule agglomer-
ation during the coating process and generates uniform coating. Processor also
features an integrated air duct system that introduces drying air directly into the
product bed for fast drying.

Tablet coater
Accela Cota Pro tablet coater can be equipped with 5 different drum sizes, from a
40-liter, 48-inch bi-conical drum to a 700-liter, 60-inch cylindrical drum. Fully
perforated and side-vented drums provide turbulence-free, high-volume airflow
for efficient film, sugar, functional, and API-layer coating. Wash-in-place, closed
loading, and automatic unloading reduces both batch time and downtime
between batches.
