"He greets everyone at the door," Braiker says. "And he's really sweet. He loves cuddling and a good belly rub." True to his breed, Ozzie spends his days herding clients around the premises, shepherding them from treatment to treatment. zoe A t its core, real estate is a people business, and Gin Weathers of Compass Real Estate knows that the one thing Carmelites love as much as beautiful homes is a cute dog like Zoe, a Yorkie/Papillon mix. "She works with me every day," Weathers says. "Zoe doesn't really sell many homes, but she's always looking for properties that have a doghouse out back because she thinks that's one of a good house's most important fea- tures." And it goes without saying that Zoe is especially fond of houses that have good bones. "I think dogs are the most amazing creatures. They give unconditional love.
