Valve's heavy-duty 3 ⁄16-inch stainless steel blades include material scrapers that minimize material packing or buildup. Valve's square, machined blade dead-ends against the valve's body, allowing material to escape below. Valve seals top to bottom to a maximum of 15 psi and vents air only from the valve bottom's perforated steel. Valve can be customized to include an air purge to prevent air venting.
