Monitor has an intrinsically safe probe for protection in hazardous locations and is suitable for monitoring the dust emission levels in dust collection system exhausts or anywhere that's critical to safety, maintenance, equipment operation, plant efficiency (energy savings), employee welfare, and the environment. Monitor can be connected with the supplier's no-cost DustConfig software to set custom alarm points, view live activ- ity within the duct, and review data history for up to a 24-hour period. Monitor has the ability to provide continuous trend measurements that allow a plant operator to identify changes in dust or particulate emis- sion levels and optimize the facility's filtration or dust collection system. Monitor provides repeatability that isn't affected by variations in relative humidity, pro- cess temperature, or pressure. Monitor uses proven AC triboelectric technology with advanced algorithms to filter out noise and provide accurate dust measurement. Monitor has an easy auto setup function that auto- matically configures parameters and alarms.
