access the educational offerings they need in the format best suited for them. Whether you are interested in
virtual classroom training, face-to-face classes, webinars, virtual instructor-led training, online courses, Corporate
On-site Training, or BICSI's Authorized Training Provider Program, the TDO Team is behind the scenes ensuring
you have the best possible experience.
Note: The TDO Team also includes our many Training Delivery Specialists who teach our BICSI courses. They will
be featured in a future issue of the BICSI Insider.
Penni Ferguson: Director, Training Delivery & Operations
Penni joined BICSI in August 2016 as the Director of Training Delivery & Operations. With a team
of 12, Penni is responsible for the overall education delivery vision, strategy, revenue, action plans,
and scheduling. She also oversees operational performance of all instructor-led training including
the BICSI Authorized Training Provider Program, as well as the logistics required to support BICSI
training and the product delivery strategy.
Interesting Fact: Penni grows her own vegetables, which make up 90 percent of her diet.
