SiG MT 37 SiG MT 43 e distribution company, in turn, recommended to John Barnes, who opened Street Burgers restaurant in Great Falls, that he buy Great Alone Cale Company hamburger. "It appealed to me that we should offer our customers burgers made of locally grown beef. Our intent is to serve many Montana grown food products in the restaurant. Hamburger, which is the core product of the establishment, must be quality. Our customers will enjoy knowing that the hamburger came from this family-run McFarland White Ranch," said Barnes. Great Alone beef is available to Montanans year-round. A USDA inspected plant in Ronan, Montana, processes the meat. en it is stored at inspected meat deposit sites regulated by the Montana Department of Livestock. In addition to selling the beef through distributors, White sells the beef retail. She puts the beef in a freezer trailer and takes it to major Montana communities where she has contracted with malls and box stores to set up in their parking lots. People see the logo and information on the side of the trailer and stop over to find out about the beef. If the customer wants to know, White tells them about the ranch in the beautiful foothills of the Crazy Mountains south of Two Dot, Montana. "We pasture the cale in a manner that enhances and preserves bird habitat," she said. A fantastic hamburger is the king of Street Burgers restaurant entrees.
