that would complement her home.
This amazing outdoor oasis does
not disappoint! Green solutions
include composite decking with a
picture-frame border, white PVC
columns, and LED lighting. Black
aluminum hand rails were added
as well.

The clients' top priorities for this project were
energy efficiency, low maintenance, clean indoor air
and a quiet and inviting space. Incredible attention to
insulation and air sealing yielded a quiet indoor
environment for this home which is located on a
busy street. Focused on robust high-performance
walls, windows and doors, this home's energy
performance is now superior with reduced sound
transmission from the outside. The protected exterior
entry adds colorful curb appeal and symmetry to the
front of the home. By reconfiguring the front door,
the clients gained an informal interior foyer that leads
to an open, bright kitchen, dining and family room.
