Anti-counterfeit capsule printing
Brandshield 360° printing lets you present logos, brand names, and other
graphics in two colors around entire circumference of capsule shells; Brandshield 4C capsules allow printing in four
colors, two on the cap and two on the
body. Full-circumference printing is
nearly impossible to duplicate and
makes it easy for end-users to determine
product's authenticity, thus serving as an
economical anti-counterfeiting measure.

Anti-leak capsules
Embo Caps LP+ two-piece capsules are
manufactured on unique mold pins that
reduce clearance between capsule cap
and body, minimizing leaks after filling
and before banding or sealing. Four dimples on cap's groove lock capsule to prevent separation after filling. Capsules are
suitable for hot melts, heavy slurry products, and other fills deemed difficult for
softgel encapsulation. They are available
in three types: LP+ VG capsules made
from HPMC; LP+ Fish for marinederived omega-3 formulations or those
that require low oxygen permeability;
and LP+ PEG (polyethylene glycol)
capsules for hygroscopic formulations.
