GKF 1400L capsule filler for gelatin
or gelatin-free capsules uses servocontrolled liquid pump that allows you
to control fill volume and drip retraction pressure via touch-screen. Warmwater heating ensures constant and gentle product temperature regulation.
Modular construction allows fast
changeover to powder filling: Simply
slide liquid station onto mobile control
cabinet and roll it away. Machine also
fills pellets and tablets. Optional scanners detect incomplete capsules before
filling; filler discharges off-spec caps
using pulsed compressed air and offspec bodies using suction.
