Automatic capsule filler
PF-1000 Series automatic capsule filler compresses powder in five tamping stations
before inserting dose into capsule. Closing and discharge assemblies detach easily for
quick cleaning and maintenance. Settings and production data can be stored to
ensure product uniformity and simplify traceability. Machine produces as many as
39,000 powder-filled capsules per hour or 31,200 pellet-filled capsules per hour.
Standard machine accommodates size 00 to 4 capsules and, optionally, 000 and 5
capsules. Company also offers fillers that produce as many as 144,000 powder-filled
capsules per hour.

Capsule filling equipment
Company offers range of capsule filling equipment to handle powders liquids, beads,
miniature tablets, granules, pellets, pastes, and oils. Liqfil series also produces cap-
sule-in-capsule formats and fills combinations of different products in one capsule.
Small-run equipment fills as few as 500 capsules per hour; production-scale equip-
ment fills as many as 150,000 capsules per hour. Liqfil Super F-40 automatic capsule
filler (shown) fills as many as 40,000 capsules in sizes 00 to 5 per hour. Three-drum
rectification system transports capsules without applying pressure to avoid damage.
Shock-absorbing O-ring receives end of capsule body to prevent cracking. Disk
feeder supplies fill material without stirring or changing particle distribution. Filler
automatically removes unjoined and double-capped capsules before they enter filling
station. Removable filling unit eases cleaning.
