Printing systems
Equipment applies high-quality offset rotogravure printing to tablets, caplets, soft-
gels, and two-piece capsules. Systems provide single- or double-sided printing using
one or several lanes; offers optional visual inspection; and features vacuum pick-off
that provides single-tablet/capsule rejection. All equipment conforms to CE, and
IQ/OQ documentation is available. Company also offers multi-lane tablet laser
drilling system (photo) for use with bi-layers. Thanks to shared base, drilling system
can be adapted into multi-lane, double-sided printing system.

Capsule conveyer
Vacuum conveyor gently transports empty capsules, softgels, and coated tablets,
moving as many as 2,500 units per minute. You simply empty boxes of capsules into
floor-level bin, and conveyor delivers them to capsule filler or packaging equipment.
Conveyor doesn't damage products or cause capsules to separate; it complies with
GMP and meets USDA and FDA standards.
