Product News 28 July - August 2014 | www.machinerylubrication.com DRUM LIFTER The Morse 86-SS below-the-hook drum lifter provides a high-performance option for the oil, marine and construction industries. Each drum is supported below by two bars and secured around the middle by a positive-grip cinch chain with a ratchet mechanism. The lifter is ideal for food, pharmaceutical and other applications where cleanliness and washdown are essential. In harsh environments, the stainless-steel model offers greater corrosion resistance than non-stainless-steel products. The grease gun works by suction rather than the usual spring-loaded plunger. It uses tradi- tional 400-gram cartridges, and with the 224AD adapter, screw-in cartridges can also be employed. The long levers ensure high working pressure (800 bar) to clear blocked grease nipples. Workable with only one hand, the Speedy Grease Gun also has an extra-strong magnet to place on machinery.
