School of Business and Technology Open Full-time Faculty Positions Academic Year 2010-2011 (anticipated start August 2010) Assistant Professor of Strategic Management, Department of Business Desired candidate will possess a doctorate from a School of Management or Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in capital budgeting, financial statement analysis, and other corporate finance and upper-level finance courses. Finance courses are offered within the BSBA degree and MBA degree programs. The department offers a Bachelor of Science in Finance and the Master of Science in Finance degrees. Assistant Professor in International Management, Department of Management Applicants should possess a doctorate from a School of Management or Business Administration with an emphasis in management. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in management, international management, or leadership. Graduate coursework in international management is desirable. The department has programs at the undergraduate, masters, and doctor of management level. Assistant Professor in Marketing, Department of Management Applicants should possess a doctorate from a School of Management or Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses in marketing at the graduate and undergraduate level, including capstone courses. The Assistant Professor Marketing position is subject to final budget approval. All positions are full-time tenure track positions. Teaching is the primary focus of all positions, but the candidates chosen will be expected to provide departmental services, such as assessment and curriculum development. In additional, university-wide services will be required, along with professional development and public service activities.
