The HAUB Master's in Business. Business Ethics in Practice. At the Erivan K. Haub School of Business, the Arrupe Center for Business Ethics encourages faculty research as a way of assuring that students learn to integrate critical ethical reflection with business decision-making. Following the Jesuit focus on social responsibility, the Center is a catalyst for incorporating ethics into courses across all business disciplines through the awarding of research and teaching fellowships in ethics to Haub School faculty.
