Tiberi, his wife, Denice, and their four daughters Angelina, Cristina, Daniela, and Gabriela live in Genoa Township, a suburb of Columbus. Hon. Tom Udall U.S. Senate New Mexico Tom Udall earned his undergrad- uate degree from Prescott College and his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Cambridge University; then he chose to make New Mexico, where his family has deep roots, his permanent home. He graduated from the University of New Mexico Law School in 1977. Tom served as clerk to Chief Justice Oliver Seth of the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, became a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attor- ney's criminal division, and then became chief counsel to the New Mexico Department of Health and Environment. In 1990, New Mexicans chose Udall as their Attorney General; he was re- elected in 1994. In 1998, Udall was elected to represent the 3rd Congressional District of New Mexico in the U.S. House of Representatives. A decade later, Udall was elected and sworn in as New Mexico's junior senator. In the Senate, he serves on five committees: the Committee on Foreign Relations; the Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation; the Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW); the Committee on Indian Affairs; and the Committee on Rules and Administration. Tom is married to Jill Cooper, and they have one grown daughter. Deborah White Director, External Relations, Government Affairs Kraft Foods Deborah White is an experi- enced corporate affairs leader and strategist with a background in federal, state, and local government relations, public policy issues management, corporate sustainabil- ity, media relations, and community affairs. She currently leads the external relations and public policy outreach for the U.S. Government Affairs organization of Kraft Foods. White led the Kraft Foods global corporate responsibility program from its inception. Prior to joining Kraft, she developed the first Procter & Gamble corporate social responsibility program and led the Corpo- rate Sustainable Development Department's internal and external communications and stake- holder engagement strategies. She served for eight years on the Board of Directors of the National Industries for the Blind, including Chair- person of the Board Nominations and Develop- ment Committee. White earned her BA in psychology and MA in City & Regional Planning from Howard University. She currently serves on the board of directors of the National Woman's Party at the Sewall-Belmont House and Museum and the Alliance for a Stronger FDA. 11 THE CAPITOL DOME SPRING 2012
