Qualified applicants should have a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management/ Development, Organizational Behavior/Psychology, or an equivalent degree. Those nearing completion will also be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated excellence in teaching and strong potential for publishing high-qual- ity research. Practical experience is seen as a plus. Probable teaching assignments include: Introduction to Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and related electives. The ability to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level is essential. The College: The undergraduate, MBA, and Executive MBA programs are fully AACSB accredited.
