Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville invites applications for the Arkansas Bankers Association Chair in Banking. The candidate, in addition to hold- ing a doctoral degree in finance or a related field, must be a nationally prominent scholar with a well-established record of research and teaching excellence in the area of financial markets and institutions. As the liaison between the college and the Arkansas banking community, the chair holder will provide expertise and guidance on legislative issues that impact local, regional and national banks as well as on the continuing education of Arkansas bankers.
