Multi-dose capsule filler
Adapta capsule filler doses three products (up to five on
request) into one capsule and produces as many as 200,000
capsules per hour. Filler provides full control of gross and/or
net weight, and its interchangeable dosing units allow differ-
ent machine configurations and filling combinations. Precise
volumetric dosing system uses series of syringes to draw liq-
uid from container to fill capsules. Liquid container comes
with standard mixer and can be fitted with temperature con-
trol system to fill both heat-sensitive products and oily sub-
stances. Liquid is dosed before or after other products to
avoid spillage.
