32 FEDA News & Views In closing, I want to share that my core personal and profes- sional beliefs are grounded in a strong commitment to servant leadership and advocacy on behalf of businesses. These val- ues come from family and business mentors who taught me that there are always smarter and more experienced people around you from whom to learn, and change is a necessary constant for any successful business; you must be prepared for change and ready to act on change at any given moment. I would love to talk with members and partners anytime by phone, email, text, or video call and can arrange to meet in person as well.
