August in Europe is the perfect time for clearing all those outstanding actions and getting ready for the big push taking us to the end of the calendar year, not to mention the flagship European HRO Today Forum! We've lined up a great agenda, have many of our sponsors in place, and all are ready to take the European market by storm and put on an industry-best event. An industry-moving debate is anticipated, facilitated by the industry luminary David Andrews (CEO of AOI, Chairman of Host of Ideas, founder of Xchanging, and ex-Managing Partner of Europe, Accenture). We will also be surveying a wide assortment of providers for their opinions that should provide a clear direction of HRO from the people who provide services to clients. Maybe some of the content will even make the pages of HRO Today Global! • Get your nomination in for the Leadership Development Programme competition which will launch in August. The forms and all the details are on the event website • In July we met with sponsors, speakers, and associations in Dublin, and their enthusiasm for the event is electric. Not only will we hear from European experts, we'll also get real examples of how Ireland is working through their economic challenges. • In September, we launch our eSocial app for our Forum delegates to interact in advance of the event.
