Bi-layer tablet press
Prexima 800 bi-layer tablet press produces as many as 1,044,000 tablets per hour. Tablet-
ting is separated from mechanical zone, reducing cleaning time and preventing cross-
contamination. Large doors provide full access to product-contact parts, while lower
zone stays enclosed unless maintenance is required. Turret removes easily and in just 30
minutes, and automatic lubrication ensures no oil drips from punches. Four-column cast
iron support structure provides stability during pre- and main compression, both of which
can reach 100 kilonewtons. Press accepts D, B, BB, and BBS tooling and comes with
XIMA control interface.
