Hempel CFO resigns CONROE, Tex.—Global coatings supplier Hempel recently announced that executive vice president and CFO Anders Boyer will be resigning from the company. The search for his replace- ment is effective immediately. Boyer, who has a master's in economics and ac- counting from the Copenhagen Busi- ness School, began his tenure with Hempel in May 2016. Boyer will be leaving his position on July 31, or earlier if a successor can be found before that time. In his new po- sition, Boyer will serve as CFO and a member of Executive Management for Pandora, where he has also served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2012.
