Treatment time: 60-120", spray or dip Drip-off: minimum 5 minutes Drying: 8-10 minutes at 130-140°C Advantages of Toran 3 Derived from the innovative Plaforization line of products, Toran has the following advantages: 1. Salt spray results that are superior to iron phosphate, similar to a phosphate and a passivation or zinc phosphating. 2. Spray or dip application 3. Extremely low VOC emissions 4. Excellent topcoat adhesion, particularly on non-ferrous metals 5. For production higher than 25,000 sq.ft. per day, a scrubber can be used to recover and reuse the solvents from the system 6. Non-dangerous classification 7.
