Slat filler
SureFill 300 slat filler features an open-frame design and cantilevered sprockets that allow operators to walk into the machine,
minimizing disassembly and downtime for inspections and changeovers. Robust construction handles dusty and abrasive
products that would cause wear and tear to typical slat fillers. Unit fills 300 100-count bottles per minute. Options include an
inspection system to detect empty cavities or stuck tablets, providing a cost-saving alternative to expensive camera inspection
systems.

Bottle inserter
Synchroblock desiccant and cotton inserter uses
servo indexing and v-shaped indexing pucks to
accommodate multiple bottle diameters without the
need for change parts. In cases where change parts
are needed, changeover takes only 15 minutes. Unit
easily cuts through natural and synthetic cotton and
inserts the cotton in an inverted u-shape to avoid
cotton threads being caught by the cap and hindering
the cap's induction seal. Inserter handles 220 bottles
per minute and is compliant with NEC, NEMA,
OSHA, UL, CSA, CFR Title 21 part 11 and/or 211,
cGMP, and GAMP requirements.
