M aster developer Minto Communities and global brand Margaritaville Holdings are introducing a "no worries" tropical vibe to life in South Carolina's beautiful Lowcountry. eir new LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head active adult community is now open in the city of Hardeeville at the scenic gateway to world-famous Hilton Head Island. In 2017, Margaritaville and Minto formed a partnership to develop LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE communities. Inspired by the laid-back lifestyle of fun, food and music inspired by the songs of legendary singer, songwriter and author Jimmy Buffett, the communities have generated national media coverage and, to date, have attracted more than 125,000 prospective buyers who have registered to receive ongoing information. LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head is the second of the new 55-and-better master planned communities. e first, LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Daytona Beach, opened last year, and residents started moving in this March. Additional LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE locations are planned for some of the nation's most popular destinations. Phase one of LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head is underway and includes 203 home sites. e sales center is open daily for tours and nine fully furnished model homes will open on June 30th with a wide range of home designs and floor plans starting in the mid $200s.
