For centuries, quilting has been a task of dedication and teamwork with several goals in mind: to provide practical value such as warmth, protection and shelter.
However, the quilt represents much more than a blanket. It is a piece of history, a time-honored tradition passed down from generation to generation, a story told over again for future ages to learn from.
This is the sentiment that Pocono Health System (PHS) feels towards the community. A quilt is a blanket of compassion and PHS is the empathy, the security and the protection of healthcare for our community.
