The Pittsburgh Steelers' Mike Tomlin became the youngest head coach to lead his team to a Super Bowl victory in Super Bowl XLIII on February 1, 2009 against the Arizona Cardinals. But before he went on to NFL fame, Tomlin began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at the University of Memphis in 1996 where he worked with the defensive backs and special teams.
