37 The District offers numerous enrichment, remediation, special education, and extracurricular activities. Extended day and extended school year programs are also available for students. Students throughout the District are exposed to an international curriculum through a comprehensive K-12 implementation of the Cambridge International Exam program. Students in grades 8-12 take benchmark assessments that provide the district and parents with international comparisons on student performance. Corinth High School students are able to earn the Advanced International Certificate of Education(AICE), an international diploma recognizing their rigorous course of study during their high school tenure. Over twenty AICE courses are presently being offered to CHS students with plans to expand the offerings in the future. As a result of innovative instructional programs, a compre- hensive curriculum, and a strong faculty, Corinth students continue to score at or above the national average on standardized achievement tests and the ACT.
