SNAG Election & Voting 2012 Every year the SNAG membership elects officers and other leaders to represent their interests and to continue making SNAG the best organization it can be. SNAG is yours, so please take a minute to help determine its future! The open offices are President-Elect, two seats on the Board of Directors, and one seat on the Nominations and Elections Committee. You may also choose to write in a candidate of your choice. He is on the EtsyMetal Team Advisory Group, the largest metalsmithing group on Etsy. John has extensive business experience as CEO of MindSparq Inc, a privately held company with operations in the US, Europe and South America. His strong credentials in technology and the Internet have garnered an international roster of clients in the public and private sector. Among his many advisory and board positions John has served the University of California, Irvine, Cal State, Fullerton, Association of Internet Professionals, Metal Arts Association of Southern California, International Association of Business Communicators and TriTech SBDC. He has taught Internet marketing at UCLA. John is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. Renee received her MFA in Sculpture/ Installation in 1997, a MA in Metals/ Jewelry in 1998 from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and a BFA in Papermaking/Fibers in 1993 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is an Associate Professor of Art and Design at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI. She has taught workshops, exhibited, and lectured on her work nationally and internationally. She has an active studio practice, which consists of exploring a multiplicity of media and (continued) Voting ends at 12:30 PM on Saturday.
