Maintenance Gate for Rotary Airlocks
Series A maintenance gate is mounted above rotary airlocks or below bins
and hoppers to stop material flow and allow periodic maintenance shut-
downs in dilute-phase, vacuum, or gravity applications. Gate's polished
stainless steel blade has constant-pressure woven Teflon seals. Gate has
a narrow profile, lightweight aluminum frame, and fully lined polymer
construction. Gate is available in square or round configurations, handles
temperatures to 230°F, has a polished stainless steel blade, and can have
hand-crank, hand-wheel, or chain-wheel actuation.

Rotary Airlock Valve
Drop Thru rotary airlock valve features a heavy-duty design with a robust,
precision-machined cast body and fabricated rotors with large shafts and
thick vanes. Valve is rated up to 20 psi pressure differentials and handles
temperatures up to 1,000°F. Valve can be constructed from cast iron, stain-
less steel, or abrasion-resistant materials. Valve has numerous options to
meet various application requirements.
