Activator bulk bag unloading system for powder and granular materials
offers various options to meet specific bag size, bag handling require-
ments, and material characteristics. System offers easy, clean, economical
discharge method for bulk bags and semibulk bags, even with less-than-
free-flowing materials. System has no-maintenance actuators, which
use 50 percent less compressed air than traditional actuators while also
eliminating rods and seals. System provides effective flow promotion by
applying force to the bag's four bottom edges instead of only two sides,
maximizing full bulk bag discharge.

Bulk bag filling system is compliant with 3-A, USDA, FDA, and BISSC stan-
dards. System is engineered, fabricated, and constructed to speed inspec-
tions, simplify integration, and ensure qualification for startup in food
processing and packaging operations. System also supports process prac-
tice protocols that require 3-A accepted practices or other cGMPs. System
features can include 32 Ra surface finishes, demountable assemblies, HEPA
air filtration for sanitary bag inflation, and a structural framework leak-test
system to facilitate clean-in-place procedures. System's NTEP-certified weigh
devices assure weight accuracy to ±.01 percent to a 4,500-pound bag weight.
