Panels promote screening efficiency, consistency, and screen life for aggregate and mineral applications. Panels come in three styles: S, M, and W. Panels feature spaced wire cloth urethane strips that essentially oper- ate as live, moving wires to create more throughput to dislodge materials and prevent near-size particles from blinding the screen. Panels fit most applications and rectangular vibrating machines, and each series' panel is available in openings ranging from ¹⁄ 16 to 1 inch with various wire sizes. Panel style S is for applications with a high percentage of near-size particles that often cause blinding in traditional woven mesh screens. Panel style M features crimped and straight wires that vibrate at different frequencies to virtually eliminate blinding and is for applications with high impact and heavier loading and for those with smaller openings for fine material. Panel style W has the largest percentage of open area and is for applications with a high percent- age of fine material.
