AROUND THE WORLD 19 Almonds.com provides an elevated experience for visitors. 1 2 In the Standards & Grades section (under the Almond Industry tab), handlers can quickly access ABC's Technical Information Kits in 11 different languages. 3 Experience the New Almonds.com While growers and processors prepared for the record crop this summer, the Almond Board of California (ABC) put the final touches on its newly redesigned website, Almonds.com. Launched in early July, the updated site provides an elevated experience for visitors with a host of improvements to make it easier for almond growers, processors, customers and consumers to find essential information. "We began the process of overhauling Almonds.com with input from industry members, consumer product companies who use almonds, and other frequent visitors to the site, including health professionals and media," said Daren Williams, senior director of Global Communications at the Almond Board. "This website redesign guides each user – from almond growers to curious consumers – to the information they're seeking and entices them to dig deeper. Our goal was to create an experience that engages visitors and fuels their passion for almonds." With an industry-first focus, and redesigned with insight from growers, processors and other stakeholders, the new Almonds.com provides improved access to industry information under two main website tabs: 1 the Almond Industry tab and 2 the Tools and Resources tab. Information within the Almond Industry tab highlights key areas of focus among the California almond community, from the Almond Orchard 2025 Goals to the California Almond Sustainability Program. Growers can also find orchard management tips that span the entire almond lifecycle, and in 3 the Standards & Grades section handlers can access information on standards and grades, varieties and forms, regulatory and trade matters, and more. Finally, on the Industry News page, industry members can access timely news to guide their decision making and almond journey. The Tools and Resources tab provides information on 4 Crop Reports, including the annual Objective Forecast and monthly Position Reports, and the Industry Directory and Supplier List, as well as a link to the Handler Portal. Food and health professionals who work more closely with the end consumer will also find helpful resources and data to assist in communicating almond quality and nutrition information to companies and the public in 5 the Food Professional Tools section. These professionals, in addition to curious consumers and buyers, can also visit the Why Almonds tab for information on the California almond industry's responsible growing and processing efforts, recipes and ingredient trends, and inspiration from California almond spokespersons, including the most decorated beach volleyball Olympian of all time, Kerri Walsh Jennings. Information in the Why Almonds section is provided via customized country sites in 11 key markets worldwide: the U.S., Canada, Mexico, India, China, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Russia. Finally, in the About Us section, the Almond Board efficiently elevated upcoming ABC and industry events, including The Almond Conference, information about the Almond Leadership Program and other ABC initiatives, in addition to providing easy access to ABC's
