Capsule bander
ProSeal 70 capsule bander provides fast and accurate post-fill sealing of up to
70,000 capsules per hour. Features include quick product changeover and an effi-
cient capsule loading, orientation, and drying system. Unit works in concert with
the company's Fluidocap 70 capsule filler, which is suitable for filling capsules with
free-flowing liquids, pastes, suspensions, thixotropics, and hot melt fills with vis-
cosities from 10 to 80,000 centipoise.

Capsule drying trays
Softgel drying trays feature drop sides that improve airflow and drying. Trays
are made of a smooth, washer-safe composite material that eliminates marking
and sticking and can be used continuously in temperatures ranging from -60° to
250°F. Trays' rounded corners and contoured edges prevent moisture and residue
accumulation. Trays are stackable and do not warp or distort under heavy loads.
Optional dollies for transporting trays are also available.
