The service program is currently in the US, UK, and Italy, and the company estimates that it's currently maintaining about 10,000 conveyor belts around the world. Martin Engineering adds mid- Atlantic region maintenance service for conveyors Martin Engineering, Neponset, IL, has established a new Mr. Blade service territory in the mid-Atlantic region of the US, covering Pennsyl- vania, New York, Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware. The service will use factory-trained, OSHA- and MSHA-certi ed experts to maintain bulk handling systems. The service network was launched in 2015 and delivers replacement conveyor belt cleaner blades, air cannon valves, and other products from the sup- plier. These products are speci ed and custom- tted on-site and South Korea plans to close more than half of its coal- red power plants South Korea's president Moon Jae-in has announced that the country will close more than 30 coal- red power plants by 2034. To replace the power supplied by the plants to be closed, the South Korean gov- ernment will bring additional solar and wind power resources online in the coming years to meet emis- sions reduction goals. The country currently operates about 60 coal- red power plants that provide about 40 percent of the country's power supply.
