This could be in the form of classic process mining with specialized algorithms to examine and analyze processes and gener- ate process-related information. Some examples include enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relations management (CRM), and supply chain management (SCM). The alternative to classic process mining is desktop process mining (DPM), which involves the ability to capture user's keyboard, mouse, and potentially other system-level activities performed on various desktops to virtually reconstruct the processes performed and gener- ate process maps. Process mining market experiencing nearly 200 percent growth in North America The process mining market, which is the technique of using software to discover and map business processes in order to optimize and automate them, is an emerg- ing market for service providers, growing at around 140 to 160 per- cent from 2018 to 2019. According to the report Process Mining State of the Market Report 2020 by Ever- est Group Inc., a consulting and research firm, market growth for process mining reached a market value of about $230 to $250 million in 2019. The process mining ven- dor market witnessed a doubling in the client base during the same period, showing that the market is growing substantially. $1,103.9 million. However, the non- flake segment is expected to be the fastest-growing segment during the forecast period. In 2018, the refractories segment was the largest application for the material, registering at 32.7 per- cent or $419.9 million of the market. Graphite use in battery applications is expected to have the strongest growth in the future. In terms of graphite flake sizes, the large-sized flake market was the biggest seg- ment in 2018 at 26.6 percent ($341.7 million), but in the coming years, jumbo-sized flakes are expected to be the fastest-growing segment.
