OptimaDry RF mixing and drying system combines microwave tech-
nology and fluidizing blending technology. System is suitable for herbs,
spices, powders, nutraceuticals, and chemicals along with heat-sensitive
materials or where aroma, color, nutrition, or consistency must be main-
tained. System achieves an exceptionally homogenous blend, while gently
and efficiently heating or drying a material. System's microwave heating
can be up to 10 times faster than alternative heating methods. System ben-
efits include fast processing times, uniform and consistent heat distribu-
tion, and highly accurate temperature control. System is available in 1.5- to
400-cubic-foot working capacities.

Heat exchanger dries indirectly with minimal degradation
Bulk material heat exchanger uses an efficient gravity-fed design to
slowly move material between specialized thermal plates, allowing for
indirect contact when heating and drying. Exchanger's enclosed sys-
tem removes the risk of contamination while reducing degradation and
the need for ventilation or dust collection. Exchanger's small vertical
footprint and low power requirements allow the dryer to easily fit into
existing production lines.

Rotary dryer is custom-designed for fertilizer

Rotary dryer shown is for fertilizer pellet drying without material sticking
or agglomerating. Dryer is 19 feet long with a 32-inch diameter and a 750-
lb/hr feedrate. Dryer features internal lifting flights custom designed to
move fertilizer particles without sticking and to ensure even drying. Dryer
is constructed from Type 304 stainless steel.
