Tooling and parts
Company designs and manufactures punches and dies—
including round and shaped tools, and mono- and multi-
tipped punches—for tablet presses in accord with TSM, EU,
or custom specifications. Coating options include galvanic
chrome plating, physical vapor deposition, chromium nitride
(CrN), titanium or aluminium nitride, diamond-like-carbon,
Isometric, Metalomorphe (fluorine-ion-modified CrN), and
plasma-nitride coatings. Company also supplies punch seals,
feeders, scrapers, turrets, and other replacement parts; rebuilds
tablet presses; and offers tablet design service. Tooling for cap-
