to produce suspensions, solutions, and emulsions. Heat-
ing/cooling jacket provides correct temperatures for prepa-
ration of lipid phases. Tanks with capacity of 20 to 10,000
liters can be mounted on load cells to regulate intake and can
be integrated with mobile models or processing plant. Kap-
paVita series mixers (right) incorporate multi-rim rotor-stator
system for intensive homogenization. Bi-directional anchor-
agitator with scrapers provides horizontal and vertical mixing
and ensures temperature control. Options include CIP, SIP,
vacuum, powder addition, and data collection. All equipment
is scalable from laboratory to commercial size.
