It uses 37, 45, 55, or 61 stations; accepts D, B, and BB tooling; and produces as many as 439,200 tablets per hour. You can adjust tablet thickness, weight, and pressure roll positions while tablet press is running. Lower punch scraper seals available on 37- and 45-station units prevent mate- rial from passing through lower punch guides into cam tracks, reducing wear and extending tool life. Fully enclosed tabletting area and covered drive area isolate and reduce noise.
