Tube filler for effervescent tablets
Siebler
MF series tube fillers gently pack-
age effervescent tablets using rotation
principle that creates air cushions to cen-
ter tablets and prevent them from hitting
tube walls. Changing rotation speed
adjusts filling speed. Photo shows MF
120 that fills as many as 120 tubes per
minute with 5 to 30 tablets. Machines use
few format parts, reducing changeover
time and eliminating need to change
parts when filling into different tube
lengths. Modular construction lets you
choose level of automation, which can
include tablet, cap, and tube feeders;
inkjet coders; monitoring equipment; and
secondary packaging equipment.
