CORRO- SION 2017 will be held March 26-30 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, La. The show will welcome more than 6,000 corrosion engineers, scientists, re- searchers, technicians, asset owners, in- spectors, and other professionals from more than 60 countries across the world for an educational event focused on the prevention and mitigation of corrosion worldwide. With more than 1,000 hours of technical education across 18 unique industries and technology tracks, the show's conference is the key to find- ing your specific corrosion answers. In addition to the technical program, you'll have the chance to expand your professional network through many networking events and an expansive ex- hibit hall floor. CORROSION 2017 will offer a broad spectrum of corro- sion-related technical, research, educa- tional, public awareness, and network- ing activities. Don't miss your shot to interact with so many corrosion profes- sionals all in one place. Show highlights Expo. The NACE Expo will feature more than 400 companies displaying the latest in corrosion control products and services. In addition, the cathodic protection test field will return to the ex- hibit floor for the sixth year. Corrosive Chronicles will also return to feature ex- perienced corrosion professionals in a theater setting who will present their ex- periences on corrosion incidents in the field and lessons learned. Student posters will be displayed on the exhibit floor, with winners announced on Wednesday. The Expo Grand Open- ing, which is the most highly attended event each year, will kick off the exhibi- tion on Monday evening. Technical program. With more than 50 symposia, the technical program will feature paper presentations on a wide range of corrosion topics, including ad- vances in materials, atmospheric corro- sion, pipeline integrity, and corrosion monitoring technologies.
