Hook organizer, transport, and
burn-off
system
Hook Organizer/Transport System is
designed to streamline production by
cutting down on manpower and help-
ing operations run more smoothly.
Once loaded with hooks, the adjustable
bars on the system's racks are lowered to
trap the hooks in place, ensuring that
the hooks remain securely on the racks
during transport. The full racks are then
loaded individually onto the transport
cart for shipping and cleaning. System
has a removable rolling base, which en-
ables hook transport directly to the
paint line loading area or anywhere in
the facility. System withstands temper-
atures of 800°F to 1,000°F and the
harshest cleaning operations, including
blasting, chemical stripping, and burn-
off ovens.
