Capsule filler
F-40 automatic capsule filler uses positive-displacement piston pump to draw in oil or
other liquid from hopper and dispense it into capsules through set of changeable
nozzles; varying pump's stroke enables you to adjust fill weight. Heating system and agi-
tator maintain temperature and homogenization of product. Filling unit removes easily for
fast cleaning. Optional level sensors monitor liquid fill and prevent overflow. Three-drum
rectification system prevents capsules from being damaged during transportation, and
off-spec capsules are automatically removed from feed drum and rectifier rollers. Compact
unit produces 40,000 capsules per hour and also fills powders, granules, pastes, and
mini-tablets into gelatin or HPMC capsules in sizes 00 to 5. Company also manufactures
capsule fillers for bead, capsule-in-capsule, and combination fills.

Capsule polisher
Company offers capsule polishers, tablet dedusters, and conveyors for
pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications. All capsule polishers and
dedusters assemble and disassemble without tools and have 316L stain-
less steel contact parts. KCP series capsule polishers convey products
800 to 2,000 millimeters high, and their small footprint conserves floor
space. Optional attachments include metal detectors, empty capsule
eliminators, and diverters.
