Tablet tooling

shaped tooling. For new projects, design engineers help cus-
tomers specify tablet shape, size, and embossing. They also
use finite element analysis to determine the tooling's maxi-
mum recommended compression force. Tooling lead time is 3
to 4 weeks, and etching is complimentary. Materials include
S7 and other steels with mirror finish.
